What began as a shared vision to create a more engaging, data-driven in-store experience has grown into a nationwide initiative. Today, the HitTrax Suite is integrated in hundreds of Dick’s Sporting Goods stores, including the innovative Dick’s House of Sport locations—modern, experiential destinations where athletes of all ages can play, train, and compete.
Inside each HitTrax Suite, guests can book 15-minute sessions to test their favorite products and elevate their game across multiple sports—baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, ice hockey, and field hockey. Each session blends fun and feedback, giving players a chance to not only feel the difference in new gear but also see the data behind their performance in real time.
Each installation features a high-speed pitching machine, large projection screen, and our signature HitTrax measurement system, which captures every swing, kick, or shot with precision. The system delivers instant performance metrics—exit velocity, launch angle, distance, shot speed, accuracy, and more—and generates a personalized performance report for each product tested. Simply input your gear information at the kiosk, step into the cage, and get ready to compete.
But it’s not all about analytics—HitTrax brings the fun, too. Engaging, arcade-style games like “Target Practice” and “Brick Breaker” let players challenge themselves and others for high scores, combining friendly competition with realistic gameplay.
