Last year, Texas Tech began measuring its players with HitTrax Biomechanics technology. Embracing this tech, the staff meticulously analyzed the data, pinpointed inefficiencies that reduce power, found ways to improve consistency, and built individualized training approaches to generate better hitting outcomes.
